Your responsibilities:
The duties include but are not limited to:
- Review, amendments, compilation, promulgation, and maintenance of CIMS (documents, forms, procedures, circulars, etc)
- Timely execution, including follow up and close out of: DOC, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 office audits, Internal office audits, Internal and external ship ISM, ISPS, ISO 14001 & MLC audits, TMSA audits
- Follow up of occurrence reporting such as non-conformities, near miss, incident, accident, defects, or other findings incl. root cause, close out and preventative action
- Review of ship’s monthly HSSEQ records
- Assist with risk mitigation / risk assessments, management of change.
- Monitoring of crew rest hour compliance
- Interview and brief Senior Officers on HSSEQ matters during office attendance, or remotely.
- Compilation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statistics and KPI analysis
- Preparation of Management Reviews
- Member of the Accident / Incident investigation team and Emergency Response team
- Acting as DPA and CSO for number of dedicated vessels
Your profile:
- Nautical Officer, or
- Holder of Maritime related University degree, or
- Several years’ experience in Quality Assurance of shipping companies
- Excellent Communication skills
- Holding all necessary requirements/certificates to perform as a qualified auditor

Vetting Coordinator/Manager (m/f/d)
for ensuring vessels are accepted by oil majors and stakeholders for business.
Your responsibilities:
- You ensure that systems, processes and practices are implemented, maintained and developed in accordance with relevant best practice, policy and legislation.
- You develop the strategic and tactical direction for vetting activities to ensure that current and future requirements are implemented.
- You plan and manage the day-to-day requirements follow-up which include conducting spot checks on individuals to monitor compliance with vetting policies within the organization.
- You are point of contact for the organization, advice and update on changes in legislation, National Policy and procedure and organization compliance related to Vetting.
- You provide input to the annual budget process for areas of your responsibilities
- You monitor the fleet’s performance against the agreed KPI’s and drive initiatives to improve performance, particularly those related to vetting inspections.
- You arrange vetting/terminal inspections if required, coordinate the response to deficiencies raised and ensure the entering in the OCIMF SIRE website accordingly.
- You ensure vetting deficiencies are constantly followed up and closed out with appropriate initial and subsequent operator’s comments being entered on the SIRE website.
- You monitor vessels, command conduct self-vetting inspections, follow-up and closed out.
- You are point of contact for the fleet commercial operations and ensure that the Management is kept advised properly informed.

Your profile:
- Holder of highest Marine Engineering License with experience as Engineer or Chief Engineer, or Holder of highest Nautical License with experience as Nautical Officer or Master, or any comparable qualification

Shipping Manager with experience in operational ship management as Operation Officer/Operations Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:

Technical Superintendent (m/f/d)
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Technical Superintendent is the main link between the office and the vessel in respect of any technical matters.
The duties include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring the state of maintenance of the assigned vessels.
- Supervision and following-up of shipboard activities.
- Preparing and supervising maintenance schedules in close cooperation with the ship’s command.
